My Story.
 My Mission.

I am a smiley person with a positive attitude but will be strict and goal orientated in order to make my clients goals and desires come true.

A good Personal Trainer is always learning and educating themselves to give the best to their clients! 

After being a competitive swimmer for 6 years I found a love for the gym. It has now become my passion and my life without even noticing. I enjoy learning new training methods, expanding my knowledge, creating new exercises, challenging myself, releasing stress through weight lifting, feeling myself getting stronger and happier. I now want to pass this experience on and educate my clients!

Training sessions will be fun, creative and challenging as well as varied by using different kinds of gym equipment including TRX, Power Plates, Bosu ball, Resistant band. You will never get bored!  I will also give nutrition advice to compliment your training to start your journey to a healthier life style.
